Job Summary

: Wright Implement is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Parts Counter Representative / Equipment Sales Associate to join our team. This hybrid role is responsible for assisting customers with parts purchases while also selling small equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and handheld power tools. You 'll be the go-to person for both parts support and equipment recommendations, delivering top-notch service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

: Assist walk-in and phone customers with parts identification, ordering, and pick-up Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels of parts and small equipment Actively sell and upsell mowers, handheld outdoor power equipment (blowers, weed eaters, etc.), and related accessories Provide product knowledge and usage guidance to customers for both parts and equipment Operate point-of-sale (POS) system for parts and equipment transactions Collaborate with service department to ensure accurate parts availability for repairs Maintain a clean and organized parts and sales area Process returns and warranty claims per company and manufacturer guidelines Stay current on product updates, promotions, and new releases

Qualifications

: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or technical training is a plus) Prior experience in parts counter, retail sales, or equipment sales preferred Knowledge of outdoor power equipment and small engines is a strong plus Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to use computerized inventory and POS systems Basic mechanical understanding helpful for identifying parts and demonstrating equipment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Wright Implement is an equal-opportunity employer.
