## Job Summary We are seeking a skilled People Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be excited to learn, have excellent communication skills, be proficient in cash handling, and possess a strong background in retail sales. Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are highly desirable. ## Responsibilities - Evaluate the value of items for pawn loan or sale - Negotiate prices with customers - Maintain accurate records of transactions - Provide exceptional customer service - Assist customers with their pawned items - Upsell additional products or services - Aid in keeping the store organized and clean ## Skills - Strong communication skills - Experience in cash handling - Background in retail sales or grocery store operations is beneficial - Ability to upsell and cross-sell products or services - Adaptable to new and changing technologies - Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Paid time off Shift: * Day shift Work Location: In person
