Retail Associate Join our team here at ZuZu Chocolates in Westlake Ohio, where we serve delicious coffee, gelato, espresso and all sorts or chocolatey treats. We are looking for a friendly and energetic Retail Associate to join us. Responsibilities: - Cashing customers out - Customer service - Making drinks and desserts - Scooping gelato - Restocking shelves - Keeping the store clean and organized - Packaging products Qualifications: - Excellent customer service skills - Love for meeting and talking to people - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Positive energy and a friendly demeanor - Previous experience in retail or food service is a plus Schedule: - 3-4 days a week Pay $16 per hour + tips - Morning to mid-day shifts, with fill-in opportunities as needed If you're passionate about providing great service and creating a delightful experience for our customers, we want to hear from you!
