Bilingual Customer Service Sales Agent (English/Spanish) - great benefits! We are a small business with a family atmosphere that encourages career growth and internal promotion. We are actively looking for someone to join our customer service sales team - inbound calls. The ideal candidate should be fluid in both English and Spanish to provide outstanding customer service to our clients. If you have an outgoing personality, have good phone etiquette, are self- motivated and responsible as well as a desire to perform, keep reading as this job might be right for you! * As you'll be interacting directly with customers over the phone, we are looking for someone with great communication skills. * We want someone who's committed to providing exceptional customer services; someone who takes pride in the level of caring provided to customers. * Working from our San Diego office, you'll have your own designated work station, where you should be comfortable using the full Microsoft Office suite. * We want someone who will care about the details and be organized as you'll be working with a variety of tools and webpages while answering phone calls and providing customer service. * As you'll jump from one task to another, you should be at easy multi-tasking while getting the job done * As part of a team where we value collaboration, we want you to be seen as a team player who can also work independently when dealing with customer requests. * As we're a 24 hours call center, we need this person to be available to work weekends and during statutory holidays, note that over time will be paid accordingly. * You either have a high school diploma or GED.
