Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Entertainment Lighting Sales Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of lighting solutions tailored for the entertainment industry, including theaters, concerts, events, and installations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for lighting technology and a strong network within the entertainment sector. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including production companies, venues, event planners, and other stakeholders in the entertainment industry. - Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through networking, industry events, and cold calling. - Present and demonstrate our lighting products, providing technical specifications and tailored solutions to meet client needs. - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely execution of sales and fulfillment of customer requirements. - Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies in entertainment lighting. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients. - Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring profitability while meeting customer expectations. - Attend trade shows and industry events to showcase products and expand professional network. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts within the CRM system. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Theatre, or a related field (preferred). - 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the entertainment or lighting industry. - Strong knowledge of lighting equipment and technologies used in entertainment settings. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Willingness to travel as needed.
