HomeDog is looking for a Membership Sales & Experience Associate to engage with members, sell memberships, and help create a welcoming environment. About the Job: * Engage with potential members, answer questions, and actively sell memberships. * Work the floor, interact with members and dogs, and assist with on-site needs. * Ensure smooth member check-in and adherence to HomeDog rules and policies. * Assist with bookings for dog daycare and coworking space. * Monitor member payments and vaccination records. * Support social events and collaborate with external vendors when needed. * Observe member activity and provide insights to improve the experience. * Keep the space clean and organized, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. * Chip in on dog daycare shifts on occasion if shortstaffed. Requirements: * Strong love and comfort level with dogs and people! * At least 18 years old. * Customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required. * Proficient verbal and written communication skills. * Physically active role - ability to stand, bend, and walk throughout shifts. * Willingness to work outside as needed in various weather conditions. * Reliable transportation. Compensation & Benefits: * $18-$20 per hour + 15-20% commission on first-month membership sales. * Flexible scheduling (part-time and full-time available). * Discounts on food, beverage, and retail. * No overnight shifts--HomeDog is a daycare-only facility. * Fun, dog-friendly environment with a great community. About HomeDog: The first of its kind, HomeDog is an innovative membership-focused community combining a dog-friendly coworking space with doggy daycare and on- site bar/coffee shop. The venue offers members and their dogs an all-inclusive experience to work and play with social events, local food trucks, and pop-up dog services.
