Full description of the position
* Strategic Planning: * * Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives. * Set and manage sales quotas and targets for the sales team. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. * Team Leadership: * * Recruit, hire, and onboard talented sales professionals. * Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to the sales team. * Foster a positive and high-performing sales culture. * Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve their goals. * Sales Execution: * * Lead the sales team in closing deals and exceeding revenue targets. * Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales enablement tools and materials. * Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. * Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, discuss best practices, and address challenges. * Customer Relationship Management: * * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. * Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. * Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. * Financial Management: * * Manage the sales budget and track expenses. * Forecast sales revenue and prepare accurate sales reports. Qualifications: * Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles. * Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to motivate and inspire teams. * Proficiency in sales CRM and other relevant software. * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
