Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a customer-centric approach. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their insurance needs, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Property and Casualty Insurance license can be obtained once hired.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies based on their needs and preferences.
• Answer the telephone and transfer calls to the appropriate extension
• Provide exceptional customer support through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details using Google and other software tools.
• Clerical duties will also be required such as processing customer payments and prepare deposits as needed.
• Light filing and organizing client files efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Proficiency in Google applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.) for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience in customer support or personal assistant roles is advantageous.
