Job Summary: Perry Ford of National City is seeking a motivated and customer-focused BDC Internet Agent to join our team. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales leads, engaging with potential customers, and scheduling appointments for our dealerships. The ideal candidate is tech- savvy, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced automotive sales environment. Key Responsibilities: * Respond promptly to inbound internet leads via phone, email, and text. * Proactively follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and set appointments. * Maintain a detailed CRM database with customer interactions and follow-up schedules. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and guiding customers through the sales process. * Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from lead to in-store visit. * Meet and exceed performance metrics, including appointment set rates and response times. Qualifications: * Previous experience in a BDC, internet sales, or customer service role preferred. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment. * Proficiency in CRM software and digital communication platforms. * A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a strong work ethic. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
