Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth within the insurance sector. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to negotiate effectively. Bilingual or multilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. * Manage the sales process from initial contact through policy negotiation and closing. * Collaborate with clients to review their account policies and recommend adjustments as necessary. * Market insurance products effectively to potential clients through various channels. * Communicate clearly with clients regarding policy details, coverage options, and claims procedures. Requirements * Experience in sales is preferred, but not required. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Proficient in sales administration tasks and customer relationship management. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
