Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively assist customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and drive sales.
• Supervise and support new team members as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining professionalism.
• Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations as necessary.
• Exhibit strong phone etiquette when answering calls or assisting customers over the phone.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and POS systems is advantageous.
• Strong basic math skills to ensure accurate transactions and inventory management.
• Ability to demonstrate products effectively to engage customers and drive sales.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
