Position Summary: The Sales Associate is responsible for providing high level customer service to volunteers, girls, and parents via GSSEM retail sales functions. Key Responsibilities: * Provide support to visitors at a GSSEM Retail shop location. * Ensure daily procedures are followed, including completing daily deposit worksheets. * Fulfill curbside orders to be transported to other service centers. * Fulfill requests for merchandise for camp and event orders. * Unpack and receive deliveries. * Organize and maintain accurate merchandise inventory. * Oversee merchandising and restocking at a GSSEM Retail shop location. Other duties as assigned. * Position Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Experience in retail sales and customer service * Superior skills in customer relations * Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Proficient in Point of Sale (POS) system * Ability to travel to other GSSEM service centers and off-site meetings as assigned Starting salary: $15.00/hr
