We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Plumbing Sales Specialist to join our team and help expand our customer base while delivering excellent service and support. Job Responsibilities: * Generate and manage sales leads for plumbing services and products. * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate plumbing solutions. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients. * Provide accurate estimates and proposals for plumbing projects. * Collaborate with the plumbing team to ensure seamless service delivery. * Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitor offerings. * Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Qualifications: * Proven experience in plumbing sales or a related field. * Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, products, and services. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to build rapport with customers and close sales effectively. * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. * Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools is a plus. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
