What You 'll Do * Use our TCS point-of-sale system to create quotes, track customers, and process work orders * Deliver exceptional customer service--on the phone and in the showroom * Help customers choose the right tires for their vehicle, needs, and budget * Work with team members and other store locations to locate and coordinate tire inventory * Represent the Burt Brothers brand with professionalism, urgency, and integrity What You Bring to the Table * Sales experience (tire or auto industry preferred, but not required) * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Customer-first mindset with a drive to exceed expectations * Tech-savvy and ready to learn TCS or similar POS systems * Professionalism, accountability, and a "do the right thing" attitude Ready to roll? Use the TCS point-of-sale system to track customers, create quotes, and process work orders. * Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression. * Educate customers on tire options, manufacturers, and performance features , helping them find the best fit for their needs and budget. * Coordinate with warehouses and other stores to source and transport inventory as needed. * Lead and manage a team of tire technicians , setting schedules, providing training, and ensuring top-tier service. * Meet and exceed sales goals by following best practices and delivering expert recommendations. What We 're Looking For * Sales experience in a fast-paced environment (automotive/tire industry preferred). * Hands-on experience as a tire technician is a plus. * Familiarity with TCS point-of-sale systems is a bonus. * Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet , offering creative solutions. * Strong communication skills --both written and verbal. * A leadership mindset with the ability to motivate and manage a team. * A customer-first mentality , ensuring satisfaction and building long-term loyalty.
