Job Description: We are seeking a Sales Assistant ("Assistant Installation Advisor") to join our team! This is a full-time position based in our office in Clearwater, FL. The ideal person for this role has a great attitude and a willingness to learn and remain coachable. Strong communication skills and comfort level on the phone are a must. Most of our Sales Assistants move up quickly to becoming sales representatives, so some background in sales or interest in moving into this field will go a long way in this position. No formal sales training? No worries! We use Cardone University and are dedicated to helping you learn! Qualifications: * Excellent written/spoken communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively * Coachable attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment * Previous experience in a sales support role or customer service position is preferred but not required * Utilize computer skills to navigate various software applications, including Google Drive, Jobber, Airtable and Microsoft Office Suite Responsibilities: The Assistant Installation Advisor role provides support to the sales team, including but not limited to: * Answering calls * Managing calendars * Scheduling * Preparing quotes * Maintaining pipeline organization * Communicating and following up with clients Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Professional development assistance Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Ability to Commute: * Clearwater, FL 33765 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Clearwater, FL 33765: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
