Job Description

: We are seeking a Sales Assistant ("Assistant Installation Advisor") to join our team! This is a full-time position based in our office in Clearwater, FL. The ideal person for this role has a great attitude and a willingness to learn and remain coachable. Strong communication skills and comfort level on the phone are a must. Most of our Sales Assistants move up quickly to becoming sales representatives, so some background in sales or interest in moving into this field will go a long way in this position. No formal sales training? No worries! We use Cardone University and are dedicated to helping you learn!

Qualifications

:

• Excellent written/spoken communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively
• Coachable attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
• Previous experience in a sales support role or customer service position is preferred but not required
• Utilize computer skills to navigate various software applications, including Google Drive, Jobber, Airtable and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

: The Assistant Installation Advisor role provides support to the sales team, including but not limited to:

• Answering calls
• Managing calendars
• Scheduling
• Preparing quotes
• Maintaining pipeline organization
• Communicating and following up with clients Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
