Job Overview: Are you looking for an exciting way to break into the real estate industry while getting paid? We're on the hunt for a motivated Appointment Generator to join our dynamic team! No real estate license or prior experience required--just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn. Duties: * Answer inbound calls from clients browsing popular sites like Zillow and Realtor.com to schedule property showings. * Schedule appointments for our sales agents with qualified buyers and sellers. * Be a team player and dive into the ins and outs of real estate sales while enjoying a salary, benefits, and a monthly bonus structure. * Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of appointments. Requirements: * Strong communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Roll with the punches and have fun both on and off the phone. Schedule: We have 1 position currently open. It is 8-5 with Wednesday and Thursday off.
