About us We are a fun, friendly, supportive, and team-oriented place to work at. Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Tanning Consultant to join our team. As a Tanning Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting tanning products, and ensuring a clean and sanitized tanning environment. This is a sales job with monthly sales goals, that will give you the opportunity to make more money with commission on top of an hourly wage. * We are looking to hire 2 people. One who can work weekends only and one who has open availability and can work weekends as weel. Our shifts run Mon- Thurs 9am-3pm and 3pm-9pm Fri-Sat 9am-2pm and 2pm-8pm Sundays 10am-5pm. It will be 3-4 days a week. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them in selecting the appropriate tanning services - Educate customers on the benefits of different tanning products and packages - Operate tanning equipment and ensure its proper maintenance - Maintain cleanliness and sanitize tanning rooms and equipment - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience - Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner Skills: - Experience in cash handling and operating Point of Sale (POS) systems - Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Knowledge of sanitization practices to maintain a clean tanning environment - Ability to upsell products or services effectively - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor If you are passionate about providing top-notch customer service in the beauty industry, possess excellent sales skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we invite you to apply for the Tanning Consultant position.
