Four Seasons Sunrooms and Windows With great growth comes great opportunity. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Four Seasons Sunrooms and Windows team. Due to tremendous consumer demand, we are experiencing tremendous growth. As more people are staying home, they are looking to improve and expand their outdoor living space. We are seeking an Independent Sales Representative to join in Austin, Texas. We are one of the nation's largest suppliers of outdoor living space materials. Including enclosures, screens, screen rooms, LRP, patio covers, pergolas and windows & doors. Four Seasons is a solid, growth- driven company delivering quality products. Through over 20 locations across the US, we serve residential homeowners with their building product's needs.

Responsibilities

:

• Superior product knowledge and independent creativity
• Customer-focused with ability to translate customer desires and financial constraints to product designs.
• Understanding and success in generating sales leads
• Ability to build strong relationships.
• Great communication skills including listening and presentation skills.
• Previous sales experience
• Self-motivated and driven to set and achieve targets. Specific

Duties

Include:

• Scheduling appointments and visiting existing customers to review product needs and determining opportunities.
• Attending trade shows conferences (as applicable).
• Liaising between customers and company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product launches.
• Keeping up to date on new products, services, procedures, and tools by attending departmental meetings.
• Educate and train customers on product offering, installation, sales, and best business practices.

Qualifications

:

• Product experience in customer facing role, or relatable experience with another company working with contractors, builders, or other similar customer types.
• Experience selling direct to consumers is a plus.
• Good organizational skills (multi-tasking) and good communication skills (customer interaction) This position is an independent 1099 position that requires you to have a social security number or if you have an employer identification number. Continuous training is provided and there is paid on-the-job training for 12 weeks that is paid in weekly increments of $650.
