The ability to effectively communicate with fellow team members and customers in a friendly, professional manner. Visit new and existing key accounts regularly to improve customer satisfaction and identify additional product sales and service opportunities. Effectively manage sales and opportunity development activities for accounts to optimize variable contribution margin percentage (VCM%), revenue, and customer satisfaction.
