What will you be doing * Responsible for generating and booking a high volume of business functions (Social Market). * Solicit sales through assigned accounts, potential new accounts and participation in community organizations, which represent opportunities for new business. * Maintain the highest quality of meeting and banquet service. Requirements: * Guest Service Focused, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Have previous catering and sales management experience. * Sit or stand for varying lengths of time, sometimes for prolonged periods. * High work ethic and self-initiative * Flexible to work varying schedules to includes nights, weekends, and holidays * Someone who enjoys working as and being part of a team that provides great experiences for our Guests!
