The Account Manager will be a dynamic, goal oriented team player. In this role, you'll serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction while identifying opportunities for growth. The Account Manager will report to the Sales Manager and collaborate across all departments to deliver top-notch service while maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients. Work cohesively with the Sales Manager, Sales Team and all other Departments. Understand client needs and objectives to propose effective solutions. Serve as the main point of contact for all account management matters. Proactively identify potential problems with a solution-oriented mindset. Prepare regular reports on account status and performance. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to deliver the most accurate quotes. Work seamlessly with multiple different technologies and platforms. Identify opportunities to grow accounts and drive upsell or cross-sell initiatives. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products/services according to client needs and goals. Conduct yourself with professionalism and positivity to coworkers, customers, vendors, etc while performing job duties. Attend and provide input at Department and Company meetings. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and core values. Complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously. Advanced with technology and softwares. Proven work experience as an Account Manager, B2B Sales Representative or similar role. (Preferred) Skills: Innovation. Communication - Verbal, written, and active listening. Organization and attention to detail. Problem solving. Goal-Oriented.
