Job Summary We are a newly established company and a subsidiary of chinese biotech company, which was established by senior experts of in-vitro diagnostics industry in 2008. As a high-tech biotechnology company, specialized in research & development, production, sales of diagnostic reagents, POCT and biological materials, we're committed to R&D in the in vitro diagnostic reagents area and related products: colloidal gold rapid detection reagents, quantitative determination of chemiluminescence immunoassay reagent, and bioactive materials. More than 100 products in the 8 series are successfully developed. They contain the following tests:Drug of Abuse Tests,Infectious Disease Tests,Fertility Tests,Tumor Markers Tests,Cardiac Markers Tests,Biochemical Tests,Allergy Tests and Chronic Disease Series. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of retail sales experience and technical knowledge, enabling them to effectively communicate the value of our products and services. The Salary consist of a base salary plus commission. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up. * Conduct market research to identify potential customers and assess their needs. * Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions. * Manage assigned territory by planning and executing sales strategies that align with company goals. * Engage in both outside and inside sales activities, including cold calling to generate leads. * Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve sales strategies and product offerings. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials that support sales initiatives. * Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients, ensuring they understand the features and benefits of our offerings. * Applicants with a background in biology or experience in the field of biological diagnostics will be given priority. Skills * Proven experience in retail sales or account management is preferred. * Strong upselling capabilities with a focus on meeting customer needs. * Experience in territory management, ensuring effective coverage of assigned areas. * Ability to engage in both outside sales (fieldwork) and inside sales (office-based) activities. * Proficient in cold calling techniques to establish new business opportunities. * Strong analytical skills to assess market data and customer feedback effectively. * Familiarity with technical sales or technology sales is a plus, enabling better communication of complex product features.
