Senior Care Brand Expert - Home Care Industry We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Care Coordinator to assist us at community events and present our services to referral sources in San Diego and La Jolla. Position Overview The ideal candidate will have experience in Home Care Operations, forming Community Partnerships , and driving brand growth. This role requires a high-level strategic thinker with expertise in marketing, and operations within the home care, home health, and senior care industries. Compensation & Benefits * Salary: Negotiable based on experience * Performance-Based Bonus Structure * Paid Training * Full-time position (with on-call requirements) * Opportunity for career growth and leadership Responsibilities/ Opportunities * National Expansion: Lead the opening of new locations in Indiana, Arizona, and Cleveland. * Strategic Partnerships: Form national alliances with Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Communities, and Hospitals to drive brand recognition and business growth. * Local & National Marketing: Market our services to community referral sources, strengthening our agency's market share. * Business Development: Work closely with the CEO to strategize growth, build business, and secure national contracts. * Marketing Leadership: Train and oversee marketing managers, traveling to locations to support marketing efforts. * Client Relations: Conduct client assessments, ensure high-quality service delivery, and represent the company professionally. * Ability to lead and train a team both remotely and locally: Ability to hire and train local and national reps. Qualifications & Requirements * Some Proven Experience in Home Care/Home Health Marketing * Experience in opening new locations * Strong ability to work independently, self-manage, and drive results * In-depth knowledge of home care agency operations, staffing, and hiring * Professional, kind, and highly organized * Ability to travel as needed * Reliable transportation required * Medical knowledge and ability to work with senior populations Why Join Us?
