Job description We are looking for experienced Inside Sales Representatives to join our rapidly growing team. As a family-owned and operated home improvement company, we take pride in providing high-quality bathroom remodeling services to our customers in multiple markets throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas and Arkansas. No Cold Calling - outbound calls to potential customers that have expressed in interest in what we offer! Top producers could earn $65K+ during their 1st 12 months!! Remote work available after 90 days (must reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth area) Now is the time to join one of the fastest growing Home Improvement, Shower and Bath Remodeling Groups in the country! Your main responsibilities will include making outbound calls to customers who have requested information and are interested in getting a bathroom remodeled. Your goal is to qualify the customers, project that they are wanting done and schedule a free in-home consultation. To succeed in this role, you must be familiar and comfortable selling over the phone (auto dialer), CRM management and data entry, and able to maintain efficient KPI metrics.
