Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out all company goals and objectives related to sales and business development. Build direct relationships with the customer base to generate sales opportunities as well as customer relations. Successfully interface with all departments of the company, including technology, sales, operations, service, and accounting. Responsibilities * Provide individual customer service and sales support to our customer base * Create Scope of Work documentation that fulfills customer needs and accurately portrays those needs to GENCOMM support staff. * Quote customer base on projects * Work with estimating to obtain pricing on projects * Prepare proposals for our customer base * Assist GENCOMM corporate billing in collection efforts * Coordinate with GENCOMM Operations to obtain accurate customer job schedules * Work with GENCOMM corporate purchasing to purchase equipment * Coordinate with GENCOMM Project Coordinators and Project Managers to ensure timely deliveries. * Deliver customer box sales as required * Create accurate spending reports within BILL * Track account opportunities in Solutions 360 * Increase audiovisual design abilities through continued mentorship and approved trainings * Maintain positive and professional relationships with the GENCOMM team and customers. Confrontational remarks and attitude will be considered to be a violation of policy. * Other duties as required or assigned by company management Qualifications * Proven experience in account management or a related field, preferably in technology or technical sales. * Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. * Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience guiding teams toward common goals. * Proficiency in analyzing data to inform decision-making and strategy development. * Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
