Telemarketing / Lead Setters Manager AND Services is top home services provider in Florida, with branches throughout the state, specializing in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and contracting services. We are looking for a proven Telemarketing Manager with extensive experience in managing high-performance call center teams. The ideal candidate MUST have a successful track record in leading telemarketing teams, optimizing call strategies, and driving sales appointments and conversions. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage a team of lead setters to generate high-quality sales leads and appointments. * Develop and implement effective call scripts, sales techniques, and performance strategies to maximize results. * Train, coach, and mentor lead setters to enhance productivity and efficiency. * Monitor call center performance metrics and ensure team members meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals. * Optimize dialing strategies, CRM usage, and lead follow-up processes for peak performance. * Maintain a positive and energetic work environment that fosters motivation and teamwork. * Ensure compliance with telemarketing regulations and company policies.
