Responsibilities Training Provided * Complete 12 week training series to kick start your business within 100 days of joining our team * Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly training calls, and weekly in-person team meeting * Participate in weekly script practice and team activities per team standards Prospecting and Lead Generation * Execute prospecting and lead generation activities daily * Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments * Conduct one open house each week * Track tasks and activities in Place CRM Ongoing Tasks * Study the market and demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services * Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes * Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home * Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers Qualifications * Real Estate License Required * Team player available to help out and want to join in on team activities * Strong communication skills you're straightforward and honest * Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues you want to convert leads to sales * Organized with excellent time management skills ready to jump in and waste no time About-our-team Yoffie Real Estate Group is a leading real estate team in El Dorado Hills, Sacramento, and Truckee/Tahoe powered by Place (a broker-agnostic business services and technology platform transforming the industry for top agents and their customers).
