WE ARE LOOKING FOR ROCKSTAR SALES ASSOCIATES TO JOIN OUR BRAND-NEW HOTWORX - NEW PORT RICHEY (TRINITY) LOCATION! You must be energetic, dedicated to your job, motivated to make money, and have a positive attitude! What is HOTWORX? Our patented sauna combines heat, infrared, and exercise- what we like to call "3D Training"- and makes HOTWORX a workout unlike any other fitness program available! HOTWORX is a virtually instructed exercise program created for users to experience the many benefits of infrared heat absorption, while completing a 30-minute Isometric workout or 15-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session. As the infrared heat penetrates your body causing you to sweat, the isometric postures further accelerate detoxification by physically removing the toxins from your organs through muscle contraction. Primary Goal: * To provide superior customer service, drive traffic into the location, continually increase the membership base, and focus on retaining current members. *Basic Duties & Responsibilities: * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service * Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices * Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements * Solid communication and interpersonal skills * A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus * Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner * Assess members and guests needs and provide assistance and information on product features * Welcome members and guests to the studio and answer their questions * Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis * "Go the extra mile" to drive sales * Actively seek out guests and members * Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options * Process POS (point of sale) purchases * Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service * Build productive trust relationships with customers * Work with the team to keep the studio and saunas clean *Initial and Required Training & Certifications: * Complete HOTWORX Certification. Repeat once annually as a refresher. * Maintain active CPR, AED, and First Aid certification at all times. * Complete all assigned HOTWORX University Online required courses included in the Trainer Sales Associate curriculum. Courses must be repeated once annually or as assigned by management. * Complete any newly introduced HOTWORX University Online courses as they are available. * Participate in any team or corporate training including webinars as assigned by the general manager. Compensation: We provide paid training, certifications, and support to ensure your success. Compensation includes hourly pay, commission, a free studio membership, and product discounts. $15.00 per hour plus commission (Uncapped: You control what you earn) Opportunities for growth Work Requirements: 20-25 hours weekly Join us as we strive to create a fantastic experience that keeps our members coming back!
