Overview This is 1099 position with 100% commission pay with uncapped earning potential, We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales professional to join our Pineda power washing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales and a commitment to achieving targets while maintaining the highest standards of integrity. Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. * Identify and engage potential clients through various channels including networking, cold calling, and referrals. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. * Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts. * Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports on performance against targets. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. * Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Qualifications * Proven experience in but not required. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving goals. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
