Job Description

: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscaping Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales for our landscaping services, cultivating relationships with new and existing clients, and helping us expand our business in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for landscaping services through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients to secure repeat business.
• Present and promote landscaping services to potential customers, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Prepare accurate and competitive sales quotes for clients.
• Close sales and meet/exceed monthly sales targets.
• Track and report sales activities and customer feedback.
• Achieve sales targets and regularly report progress to senior management using goal tracking systems
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of services.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to clients.

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the landscaping or service industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.). What We Offer:
