Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission Responsibilities: * Lead the process, including identifying and evaluating potential properties, negotiating deals, and getting contracts signed. * Manage and prioritize leads, ensuring that opportunities are pursued in a timely and effective manner. * Conduct detailed financial analysis and due diligence on potential opportunities, including market research, property inspections, and risk assessments. * Schedule and attend appointments with potential sellers, brokers, and other stakeholders. * Network with industry professionals and organizations to build relationships and stay up-to-date on market trends and opportunities. * Gather testimonials from past clients and partners to build credibility * Responsible for self-generating leads through outreach, networking, and prospecting methods. Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in real estate, car sales, pharmaceutical sales or other related fields preferred. * Strong financial analysis and due diligence skills. * Excellent negotiation and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
