Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and motivated results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, and driving business growth through effective negotiation strategies. As an Account Manager, you will work with consumers to recover outstanding debts while maintaining positive relationships and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Duties: * Must have good attendance record and demonstrate ability to manage a 40 hr. work week. * Contact & work with consumers and businesses in resolving outstanding debt obligations while maintaining a professional tone and demeanor. * Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with consumers. * Maintain accurate records of all communications, payment schedules, and accounts. * Work towards meeting daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets. * Ensure compliance with federal and state debt collection laws. * Provide excellent customer service while resolving disputes and handling inquiries. Skills : * Previous experience in collections or a related field is preferred, but not required. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism. * Detail-oriented and organized. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
