Job Description

Hollywood Health, an established financial services company that specializes in health insurance, is seeking 3-5 Closers for their Call Center in Coral Springs, FL. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated track record of success as a closer in a high-pressure sales environment, specifically selling health insurance to customers under 65, and holds a valid health insurance license. We are willing to invest in the right candidate with licensing & to provide training on our proprietary health insurance sales system, offer unlimited leads, and set them up for a prosperous career selling health insurance. We provide leads, equipment, training, and a fun/ competitive environment that you will look forward to daily! Key Responsibilities

:

• Selling health insurance to customers under 65.
• Utilizing our proprietary health insurance sales system.
• Managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
• Maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
• Demonstrating punctuality and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements

: A demonstrated track record of solid sales numbers in a related telephone- based high-pressure sales industry:

• Moving brokerage sales
• Vacation sales
• Timeshare sales
• Car sales
• Advertising sales
• Marketing sales
• Precious metals sales
• Drug treatment admissions
• Financial services sales OR An Active Health License (2-15, 2-20, 2-40) with at least six months of experience selling health insurance Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must have reliable transportation to and from our Pompano Beach, FL office

Compensation

: Top agents make over $3,000 weekly, with significantly higher earnings during open enrollment. A draw of $600/ week to help you get started, ensuring at least $600 in weekly earnings if hired. Opportunity for cash spiffs and potential bonuses.
