Overview

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Event Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in the continued growth of our company. This in-person, full-time position is ideal for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills, a passion for events, and a strong background in sales and client relations. As an Event Sales Rep, you'll work closely with high-value clients, oversee event contracts, collaborate with internal teams, and actively pursue new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key and recurring clients
• Generate accurate and customized price quotes based on client needs and event specifications
• Draft, finalize, and manage contracts while ensuring timely payment processing in accordance with company policies
• Conduct outside sales calls and actively network within the events and hospitality industry to generate new leads
• Participate in regular sales meetings, contributing ideas to refine and enhance sales strategies
• Create event layouts using CAD software to assist clients in visualizing event setups
• Proactively contact clients on a weekly basis to confirm order details and delivery schedules
• Attend client site visits in collaboration with the operations team when needed
• Communicate clearly and effectively with warehouse staff and crew leaders to ensure seamless event installation and teardown
• Maintain up-to-date records of all active orders, reservations, and inventory availability
• Utilize Point of Rental software and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) regularly for order processing and client communication

Qualifications

& Skills

• Proven experience in event sales or related customer service roles is preferred but not necessarily required
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced work environment
• Familiarity with CAD software and event layout design (a plus)
• Comfortable using industry software and Microsoft Office programs Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
