About Us YogaSix Land Park is a boutique yoga studio dedicated to empowering our community through mindful movement. As Sacramento's premier studio, we believe in inclusion, connection, and delivering an exceptional yoga experience. We are looking for a passionate and driven Member Engagement & Sales Lead to join our team and help grow our community. About the Role As the Member Engagement & Sales Lead, you will play a key role in acquiring and retaining members, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience from their first class to their ongoing membership. You will drive studio growth through lead generation, membership sales, community outreach, and social media marketing while supporting studio operations. ResponsibilitiesStudent Acquisition & Retention * Generate consistent leads through grassroots marketing, social media, and referrals. * Book appointments with prospective members and provide a welcoming experience. * Guide students through their first class and recommend the best membership options based on their goals. * Onboard new members to maximize retention and ensure they feel the value of their membership. * Work with the Studio Owner and Director of Education to optimize the class schedule. Marketing & Community Engagement * Execute an ongoing marketing plan focused on new client acquisition and retention. * Develop and participate in grassroots marketing initiatives, including events, partnerships, and collaborations. * Manage social media content and engagement to attract and nurture leads. Studio Operations & Sales * Oversee membership sales, retail sales, and teacher training promotions. * Maintain studio cleanliness, inventory, and basic maintenance needs. * Work closely with the Studio Owner to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. QualificationsSales & Leadership Experience * Two or more years of experience in sales, fitness, or the retail/service industry. * Proven ability to generate leads and close sales. * Comfortable in coaching and training staff in sales techniques. People & Communication Skills * Strong interpersonal skills in person, over the phone, and via email. * Ability to stay calm, professional, and solution-oriented in all situations. * Solid writing and grammar skills for client communication. Organizational & Technical Skills * Highly organized and able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Comfortable using CRM and studio management software. * Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented. Physical Requirements * Ability to work evenings and weekends, especially during peak activity periods. * May require sitting or standing for up to four hours at a time. * Must be able to bend, lift up to 30 pounds, and climb stairs.
