As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships and expanding our market presence. Responsibilities * Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. * Engage with potential clients through direct sales efforts, including inside sales and territory management. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. * Identify new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Track sales metrics and prepare reports on performance against targets. Qualifications * Proven experience in technology sales or related fields such as retail sales or inside sales. * Strong business development skills with the ability to identify opportunities for growth. * Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. * Demonstrated success in direct sales, preferably in a competitive environment. * Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple accounts. * Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.
