Auto Insurance Sales Agent Simple Way Insurance Services - El Cajon, CA Simple Way Insurance Services of El Cajon, CA is seeking a driven and reliable Auto Insurance Sales Agent to join our expanding team! With over 15 years of experience running high-performing brokerages, we've trained agents who now consistently sell 7 -12 policies per day. We provide 50 -100 fresh, exclusive non-standard auto leads per day per agent and are appointed with 28+ carriers , actively selling across California.

Compensation

Structure: We offer a hybrid pay model -- you'll earn either hourly or commission, whichever is greater.

• Training Pay : $21.00/hour for your first 60 days
• Standard Pay : $16.50/hour after training
• Commission : Up to 35% of collected broker fees + up to $20 per policy
• Performance bonuses based on individual and agency success
• $3,000 Sign-On Bonus , paid out over your first 6 months -- ask us how it works! You'll always earn your highest potential -- whether you're just ramping up or already closing strong. What We Offer:

Qualifications

:

• Valid Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license (required)
• Must be punctual, reliable, and coachable
• Sales experience is a plus , but not required -- we'll train the right candidate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and results-driven mindset
• Comfortable using technology (web-based quoting platforms, CRM, dialer, etc.)

• Respond to high-quality inbound leads
• Quote and sell auto insurance policies across CA
• Deliver exceptional service to clients during and after the sale
• Follow up with potential customers and retain existing clients
