Job Responsibilities * Establish trust through meaningful conversations and honest recommendations. * Engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. * Educate customers on product offerings, services, and key benefits. * Foster a positive, professional, and high-energy store atmosphere. * Drive sales by closing deals and upselling when appropriate to meet goals. * Contribute to customer acquisition and long-term retention. * Develop strong relationships with customers, teammates, store managers, and market directors.
