Salary: $50000.00 - $900000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Proactively sell and present insurance policies to new and existing clients. Assess client needs and develop tailored insurance solutions. Expand business opportunities through strategic networking and outreach. Ensure compliance with all industry standards and regulations. Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas to qualify for bonus incentives.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience working in an insurance agency. Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required. Life & Health Insurance License is preferred but not mandatory. Bilingual candidates are a plus. Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to close deals. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
