Job Overview: We're looking for driven, outgoing individuals to join our team as Canvassers. This role involves direct community outreach, going door-to- door to speak with homeowners about the benefits of transitioning to solar energy. Your goal will be to spark interest and schedule appointments for our Solar Specialists. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct door-to-door outreach to engage with homeowners. * Educate prospects about utility rate hikes and how solar can help reduce costs. * Set qualified appointments for our solar consultation team. * Maintain accurate lead tracking and follow-ups. * Mentor new canvassers and contribute to team growth. * Utilize light telemarketing strategies as needed. * Communicate current federal incentives, tax benefits, and financing options clearly. Qualifications: * Previous door-to-door or canvassing experience preferred. * Strong communication, persuasion, and rapport-building skills are a plus. * Bilingual skills are welcomed. * Organized, self-motivated, and passionate about sustainability. * Must be willing to work outdoors and have reliable transportation.
