Business Development Associate (BDA) -- SPRX At SPRX, we help businesses unlock powerful tax incentives such as the R&D Tax Credit, 179D Deduction, and Cost Segregation benefits through innovative consulting and cutting-edge AI technology. We are growing fast -- and we're looking for motivated Business Development Associates (BDAs) to join our team and drive our next chapter of success. Ideal Candidate Profile Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, or Economics preferred). * 0-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (internships, fundraising, or campus outreach). Preferred Skills * CRM experience (Salesforce, Outreach preferred). * Experience in B2B sales, especially selling intangible services or solutions. * Familiarity with financial documents or basic tax-related terminology. * Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools. Key Competencies * Strong communication skills: Ability to clearly and confidently communicate complex topics via phone and email. * Coachability: Open to feedback and able to apply it quickly. * Curiosity: Genuinely interested in learning about clients' businesses, their needs, and the industries we serve. * Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. * Quick Learner: Comfortable picking up technical and financial concepts quickly. As a BDA at SPRX, you will... * Identify qualified businesses through a variety of strategic prospecting methods. * Actively engage potential clients via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels. * Collaborate closely with our directors to prioritize target accounts, industries, and partnership opportunities. * Build meaningful relationships with business owners and executives to uncover needs and align them with our services. * Maintain accurate records and track all outreach activities in our CRM system. * Represent SPRX with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering value.
