Business Development Associate (BDA) -- SPRX At SPRX, we help businesses unlock powerful tax incentives such as the R&D Tax Credit, 179D Deduction, and Cost Segregation benefits through innovative consulting and cutting-edge AI technology. We are growing fast -- and we're looking for motivated Business Development Associates (BDAs) to join our team and drive our next chapter of success. Ideal Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, or Economics preferred).
  • 0-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (internships, fundraising, or campus outreach). Preferred Skills
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, Outreach preferred).
  • Experience in B2B sales, especially selling intangible services or solutions.
  • Familiarity with financial documents or basic tax-related terminology.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools. Key Competencies
  • Strong communication skills: Ability to clearly and confidently communicate complex topics via phone and email.
  • Coachability: Open to feedback and able to apply it quickly.
  • Curiosity: Genuinely interested in learning about clients' businesses, their needs, and the industries we serve.

  • Actively engage potential clients via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
  • Collaborate closely with our directors to prioritize target accounts, industries, and partnership opportunities.
  • Build meaningful relationships with business owners and executives to uncover needs and align them with our services.
  • Maintain accurate records and track all outreach activities in our CRM system.
  • Represent SPRX with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering value. At SPRX, you 'll be the voice of our brand -- shaping first impressions, building trust, and fueling our mission to help businesses grow and innovate. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
