Benefits: * Training & development * Wellness resources Recruiter Position Job Details * Greeting all members * Giving tours of the facility to new members * Answer the phones in a professional manner * Scheduling clients for training initial sessions * Ability to multi-task * Takes advantage of down time to exceed expectations * Proficient in MindBody and Canva * Serving attitude * About 20-30 hours per week * Paid hourly + commission * Reliable transportation to attend out-of-facility events * Ability to set up tent and table at events * Rotating weekends required The Recruiter is the face of the facility! This person is high energy and motivated to make D1 Training Westchase the best training facility out there! They know every member by name and build relationships with each of them. They are able to sell memberships and up-sell current clients. They have great time-management and ability to multi-task. The recruiter will report directly to the General Manager. Both the GM and the recruiter will work on scheduling, calls, business development, and community outreach.
