Overview Restoration Maintenance is a leader in property restoration, specializing in mold remediation and water damage restoration. We are committed to helping homeowners and businesses recover quickly and safely from property damage, providing expert solutions and exceptional customer service. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. Position Overview As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by building relationships with property owners, insurance agents, property managers, and other referral sources. Your primary focus will be to close company provided leads, generate new leads, educate clients on our restoration services, and guide them through the process of restoring their properties. Key Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the mold and water restoration market. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance adjusters, realtors, HOAs, and property managers. * Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide accurate estimates within QuickBooks and Xactimate * Educate clients on the restoration process, company services, and industry best practices. * Collaborate with project managers and technicians to ensure seamless customer experience. * Attend networking events, trade shows, and community functions to promote services. * Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Requirements * Proven sales experience, preferably in restoration, construction, or related industries. * MUST have knowledge of mold remediation, water damage restoration, or property maintenance is a plus. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients and stakeholders. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Xactimate software is a plus and will train for right candidate Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Cell phone reimbursement * Flexible schedule * Paid time off * Professional development assistance Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Performance bonus * Uncapped commission Schedule: * Monday to Friday Experience: * Sales: 2 years (Required) Language: * Spanish (Preferred) Location: * Fort Lauderdale, FL 33334 (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Fort Lauderdale, FL 33334 (Required) Work Location: In person
