Rocks Trailer Sales Inc. is Central Ohio Largest Trailer Retailer and we are seeking to hire a full time energetic inside sales person.The successful candidate should have prior sales experience. Our inside sales person will focus on all aspects of establishing and maintaining customer relationships that lead to sales growth. If you have a passion for exceeding customers' expectations, have a strong work ethic and enthusiastic personality you may be a great fit for this position. Job Responsibilities: * Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters our sales lot * Facilitates conversation to discover customer preferences, needs and buying motive * Describe all optional products available for customer purchase * Build strong rapport with customers * Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards * Performs other related duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills: * Excellent customer service skills * Consultative selling and negotiating skills, * Strong client-facing skills * Previous sales experience * Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills * Able to multitask in a fast paced environment * Highly dependable * Basic use of MS Word, Outlook & Excel * Good verbal and written communication skills * A commitment to customer satisfaction * Enjoy interacting with people in person and on the telephone Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
