What You 'll Do Here: Retain & Grow Existing Business * Rebooks and retains business in assigned accounts by providing exceptional customer service through regularly scheduled site visits and calls * Leverages existing relationships within current accounts to grow our business by upselling additional products and services into the account * Maintains and updates current product, service, and pricing knowledge; acts as the point of contact and provides quality product, program, and service information to accounts Gain New Business * Builds, maintains, and strengthens long-lasting customer relationships * Generates new business with prospects by delivering strategic, effective sales presentations and consultations that lead to closed sales * Utilizes Salesforce to build and manage pipeline and maximize productivity for scheduling and reporting The Skills You 'll Bring: * 2-3 years of sales or customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and training * Proven selling skills specifically related to growing existing accounts and/or acquiring new business, with the ability to identify unique customer needs * Experience using Salesforce or some other type of CRM system * Results-focused with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals Why You 'll Love Working at Shutterfly Lifetouch, LLC: * Ongoing training to develop your skills and grow your career (Sandler Sales Training) * Competitive base salary plus commissions and a car allowance * Work a hybrid schedule, with 3 days in the field within your assigned territory * Competitive benefits starting on your first day of employment (Medical, Dental, Vision) * Discretionary Time Off (DTO), which allows you to take time off as needed * Fully vested 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match on Day 1 * Up to $2,500 in free Shutterfly merchandise + discounts across our family of brands If this aligns with your career goals, skills, and experience, we want to work with you!
