Job Title: Retail Sales Associate Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about home decor and design, with a strong ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of the store through sales and service excellence.
