SWIM USA is a designer and manufacturer of women's swimwear located in New York City. We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team. Job Summary Seeking a motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. This role supports the sales team in overall account management, order processing, and customer relationship management. * Primary Duties and Responsibilities*(List of 6 - 8 key tasks required of the job which are essential to the performance of this job in order of importance) * Account Assistance - provide support to Sales team * Manage customer orders pre-season & in-season, in partnership with Sales Support * Weekly & Ad Hoc Reporting & Analysis * Customer specific requirements - such as item creation * Maintain high levels of service and positive relationship with account * Clear and effective communication with customer * Assist in special projects as needed * Sample Management - responsible for all sample requests * Track sample request for special events, advertising, and customer milestones * Maintain showroom * Ecom - facilitate and execute customer experience on site * Manage sample/photography process * Create product copy * Marketing - collaborate with Marketing team for all marketing initiatives and assets * Qualifications/Requirements*(To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
