Inside Sales Representative Conrad's Tire Xpress & Total Car Care, the Tire Industry Leader in Northeast Ohio, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative for the Wholesale Tire division. Job Description

As the Wholesale Inside Sales Representative , you will:

• Generate prospective client bases through contacting and initiating leads for outside sales staff.
• Answering calls and processing orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain and develop knowledge of product lines to assist customer effectively.
• Stays within guidelines of established pricing structure, special programs and delivery schedules when assisting customers. As a Marketing Assistant , you will:
• Process data and help analyze market pricing/distribution strategies.
• Help create and execute marketing strategies via direct and social media platforms.
• Monitor and maintain promotional materials and coordinate their distribution.
• Work with and help develop regional accounts and new distribution strategies. Job

Qualifications

• 1-year sales and customer service knowledge and/or experience.
• 1-year computer knowledge and/or experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.
• Experience with social media marketing a plus.
• 1 - 2 years of tire or automotive aftermarket experience.
• Operations management and/or marketing knowledge or experience a plus. As a member of the Conrad's Team, you will benefit from:
