Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our pest control services to potential clients who reach out to us. Your primary focus will be on residential pest control services, including the opportunity to sell annual contracts. Key Responsibilities: * Engage with potential clients who call in, offering our pest control services with a consultative approach. * Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to address their pest control concerns. * Promote and sell annual contracts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention. * Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each client interaction is handled professionally and effectively. * Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
